Growing Up in New Zealand
Owning a cleaning company for about 10 years, I cleaned commercial and new construction projects.
I also owned and managed commercial and residential properties before moving to the U.S.
Colorado Janitorial:
From New Zealand, I moved to Colorado. With my background in janitorial cleaning, I decided to start a small janitorial business with my wife Janelle.
We began with a small company and later partnered with Green Sweep Cleaning. Eventually, I took over the company from my business partners. I have been managing it for close to 15 years.
We offer various services, including residential and commercial cleaning, new construction, carpet, and window cleaning.
Business milestones:
During our 15-plus years with Green Sweep Cleaning, we’ve built strong relationships with residential and commercial clients in Colorado.
We adapted to the challenges of the pandemic. We prioritized the safety and well-being of our staff and clients.
This motivated us to adapt and change our focus moving forward. We’re incorporating drone washing as part of our services.
Embracing new technology will enable us to provide an even better service to our clients in the future.
Venturing Into Drones:
As an experienced recreational drone user, I have witnessed the evolution of drones in various industries.
Recently, I've been exploring the drone window washing business.
Given my commercial and residential cleaning background, I find using drones for window cleaning and building washing fascinating.
With my Part 107 commercial license, I have explored different washing drones to identify the best fit for the Colorado market.
This is a game-changing technology that has the potential to transform the industry.
